The task of the project DECHMONT is a two-stage implementation of the following strategic objectives. The first is to develop the DECHMONT Investment Club. Funds of its participants bring profit through the exchange operations. A part of the profits goes to capitalization, to back its own cryptocurrency INVEST COIN. The second is to run the ICO and to create an infrastructure for the use of INVEST COIN as a digital tool for investing and implementing payment transactions, including the issue of bank cards with the function of converting INVEST COIN to fiat funds. Proceeding from this, the project sets the task of the company legal structuring in two stages.
The first stage is December 2017. Company registration in the free economic zone Ajman for conducting international business. This jurisdiction is on the white list of the OECD. The jurisdiction is beneficial for businesses providing IT services, trade, e-commerce, consulting and other authorized activities. Core advantages of registration in this zone are the following:
• No income tax, either corporate or individual.
• Opening of a company's bank account in most of the UAE banks.
• No requirements for accounting and auditing.
• Protection of the company’s assets against external impact (political or economic situation).
Legal entities are registered in Ajman in accordance with the law adopted in 1996, based on the 1988 Decree of the Emirate on the establishment of a free economic zone on its territory. The tax rate for foreign companies is zero.
The second stage is the 2-3 quarters of 2018. Dechmont establishes the opening of the company in the Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC), which is perfect for participating in the rapidly developing financial markets of the Middle East, Africa and South Africa. Independent regulation, international recognition and favorable conditions of the DIFC secure one of the least complex ways for companies in tightly regulated financial sectors. The DIFC is suitable for creating both companies from regulated financial sectors of the banking industry and capital management (17 of the 20 largest banks in the world operate in the DIFC) and companies from non-regulated sectors. This registration allows to carry out financial transactions and issue corporate bank cards. The International Financial Center of Dubai is perfectly suited for brokerage and consulting activities.
